Two years ago El Guincho blew everyone's mind with his album Alegranza, and his 2010 album Pop Negro should do the same. At a time when there are so many interesting artists blending sounds and pushing the boundaries of musical genres El Guincho still manages to stand out. You're unlikely to get lost in the album, but it needs to be on the playlist the next time you throw a party.
